State of the Art Facilities
TRM owns and operates a state-of-the-art wet/dry batch plant that is strategically located to serve Northeast Ohio; and, is a leader in quality concrete. Our plant is a Dual Lane REXCON Model Rexbatch 150 with the capacity to supply 300-350 cubic yards per hour. With a fleet of 40 rear discharge ready mix trucks, we have the ability and coverage to do any job no matter how large or small. We can provide high-performance concrete with strengths up to 24,000 PSI or a six-bag mix for residential flatwork. And we provide the same level of service to all our customers.
TRM is also equipped with a REXCON Mobile Self-Erecting Portable Concrete Batch Plant. With its own self-supporting subframe and superior hydraulic systems, the SE plant has a fast erection and take downtime. So this reduces the need for site preparation and foundations.
Whether your concrete needs require consistent production, mix efficiency, or energy savings, we believe the Model S sets the standard. It’s versatile, economical and can produce at a high level. Our footprint will require as little space as possible, and we will also supply ample trucking and mixers as requirements dictate. Creating Custom Ready Mix for Your Project
Our lab can create the type of mix you need for your project —from the strength and durability of Cleveland's 100 year-old Kinsman Avenue to the grace and beauty of the Greater Cleveland’s Regional Transit Authority’s Euclid Avenue Expansion. Our Technical Services Department can work with the specifications and the mixes to help builders meet their requirements for workability and speed while meeting or exceeding the strength, structural and aesthetic requirements specified by engineers and architects. Designers and builders know that we can provide the concrete they need to do any job. Our dispatchers are conscientious and helpful. Our drivers are efficient and expert. Our knowledgeable and experienced sales staff helps stage jobs and plan pours more efficiently.
Leadership
No organization is greater than the sum of its parts and TRM is no different. Mark Perkins has been in the construction business for over 30 years and has served as TRM’s President since the company’s inception. In that role, Mr. Perkins has guided TRM’s leadership in developing a full portfolio of resources and has strengthened the company’s culture of innovation and customer focus. For your projects, our more than capable team of experienced personnel is led by John Malcolm, a seasoned veteran of concrete ready mix solutions who serves as our Vice President of Operations and Sales.
